The chart below has the quorum, majority needed and the dates for the Redlandsprings HOA 2010 special fence assessment meetings and annoucements. Requirements: send notice 30 days prior, per covenants, for each meeting. First meeting requires 60% of homeowners and second meeting requires 30% of homeowners.
On May 18, 2010 the community also held an Annual meeting with the Special Fence Project Assessment meeting on the same day. The Annual meeting requirement is 10% of homeowners.
